Guests who violate park rules may be removed from attractions or asked to leave the park without a refund.
Expected Guest Conduct
We ask all guests to:
- Treat others with courtesy and respect
- Follow all posted signs and team member instructions
- Walk through the park—no running
- Keep walkways and stairs clear of personal belongings
- Respect guests with disabilities and those needing accommodations
Behavior That Is Not Allowed
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Fighting, threats, or aggressive behavior
- Profanity, offensive gestures, or inappropriate conduct
- Sexual activity or misconduct
- Line cutting or saving places in line
- Horseplay, climbing on structures, or throwing objects
- Use or possession of illegal drugs
- Theft or damage to park property
- Entering employee-only or restricted areas
- Entering decorative fountains, ponds, or water features
Line Courtesy
To keep things fair for everyone:
- Guests may not hold spots in line for others.
- If you leave the line for any reason, you must rejoin at the back of the line.
