Castle Park offers a Rainy Day Guarantee for guests who are already in the park if weather causes an early closure.
How the Rainy Day Guarantee Works
If Castle Park closes early due to inclement weather:
- Stop by Guest Relations before you leave the park.
- Request a rain check ticket.
- Return on another operating day to continue the fun.
Important to Know
- Rain check tickets are only available if the park closes early due to weather.
- Rain checks are not available for temporary weather delays or individual attraction closures.
You must visit Guest Relations on the day of your visit before exiting the park.
